Is this post based on the idea of content that doesn't let
players of less than set levels access it at all? Of is it also
including the inability to play content your in-game character
hasn't yet gotten the skill for because you will probably die?
I haven't played CoH and WoW and can't reconcile how they are
different from other games I have not played :)
