By "strategic players," are you referring to some hypothetical subset
of non-roleplayers who read books and play sudoku during their
downtime, because communicating with other players just isn't very
interesting to them?
Or are you referring to the entire category of non-roleplayers? If it
is the latter case, I fear I must beg to differ. If I had a dollar
for every time a non-roleplayer used the /dance command, I could buy
an island and retire in luxury.
Or are you talking about some hypothetical game that doesn't have downtime?
