Agreed.  I realize at some point many disagreements are really violent 
agreements but honestly I think this list is most valuable when we don't 
chase terms for more than a single exchange.  Better the folks involved take 
it offline and summarize on the list later.  I've occasionally de-subbed 
from this list because Word Wars came to crowd out any other discussion to 
no constructive end that I could see.
