Even separately of that, there are 2 areas I can think of, off the top
of my head, that have random higher level monsters seeded with the
normals. In Silverpine forest the Sons of... I forget the name (level
20 elites in an area with level 10s) and the world boss that wanders
in the Swamp of Sorrows outside the temple.
It could be the location (silverpine competes with the Barrens, Swamp
of Sorrows with Stranglethorn) or when I played, but both those areas
are empty.
Can't speak for anyone else, but I hate having an hour or so to log in
and have to spend that time watching over my shoulder or, even worse,
getting pasted by non level appropriate content.
