This does remind me that ELO-like rating
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elo_rating_system) tracking was added to
the kill handling code in EVE at one point.  Whether the tracked
ratings proved worth exposing or not, I don't know.  Whether the code
was removed in subsequent modifications of the code, I don't know.  It
may still be churning away keeping track of ratings for players in the
background for all I know.
