By the way...
As unacceptable as it i to freeze the video for random amount of time
durign latency spikes, thats only half the issue.
The other half is latency UPstream, to the server, even if downstream
is chugging along at near-instantaneous tiem 9which it won't) and lag
upstream causes control lag which makes for a terrible user
experience.
