[MUD-Dev2] Anyone know of a way to convert a jpeg to an ansi-colored text image?

yes, I can find alot of image-to-ascii converters that do a reasonable
job, but I can't find any of them that use ansi color codes, they all
use rgb codes.

I thought the folks on here might know of one. :)
