Wow.

I'm sure you wanted more constructive comments, but I can't think of any
criticism to this. It looks fabulous, the most stunning addition to DGD
since continuity.

If I have a nagging worry, it's that it might become difficult to tell
the difference between a grammar resulting in quick parsing and one that
can lead to very non-linear costs, but I will postpone further thought
in that direction until this is implemented (next week?).
