[DGD] Network package

There's a new version of the network package available for DGD 1.1.25 at
the following location:

  ftp://dworkin.simplex.nl/pub/dgd/pkg/net-10.dgd-1.1.25.gz

It includes a version of the new block_input() kfun that can be used on
both connection- and port-objects.

Note that I have no NT or W95 on my computer, so those versions are
entirely untested.

Please send bug-reports or in fact -any- reports to me, I'm maintaining
the package but have no idea who, other than myself and IgorMUD is
actually using it. :)
