[DGD] The usual newbie questions.

Hi,
   Is there a DGD FAQ that answers the usually newbie questions
regarding how the mudlib is organized and structured and how it
interfaces with the driver?
We currently are running DGD 1.1 with the distribution 2.4.5-for-1.1
mudlib. We are competant mudlib coders, but have questions 
about how to add commands like cp. Also, is there a preferred FTPd
package for such a mudlib/driver combination?
