This is off topic, but yes you do.  The cygwin package provides you with
a relatively full set of Gnu utilities, including grep.  The home page is at
http://sourceware.cygnus.com/cygwin and the package is free to download and 
use under the GPL.  There are other versions of grep available for Win32
as well (e.g. Borland C++ 5 comes with a version of grep), but I'd recommend
the Gnu versions.
