[DGD]Network package and EPP

Hi,

It saddens me to inform you that I can no longer pretend to have the time
or energy to dedicate to maintaining these two add-on DGD packages.

Whether this will change in the near or not-so-near future I cannot
predict, so if anyone else is willing to take over, be my guest.
