1.1p8 is the latest version (I think) of the stable branch. Dworkin
is also developing an experimental branch. New features are added to
and tested on the experimental branch first. After a while, the
features that qualify are added to the stable branch. I don't think
there is support for millisecond precision call-outs in the stable
branch yet. (Read the doc for the "call_out" kfun to make sure.)

So, what you probably want to do is to compile a late version of the
experimental branch. The source can be found at
<ftp://ftp.dworkin.nl/pub/dgd/experimental/>. You need the "patch"
utility in order to get the source of the very latest version.
