I wrote an HTTP 1.0 daemon in DGD back when I did my thesis, and it worked
quite nicely (it contained a patch to the binary port handler code for
something that Dworkin later on fixed in the mainstream version). It's
very old code but if you like I can always send you a copy if I can find
one.
