[DGD]Network Package for DGD 1.1.97

The network patch has been updated again and is available for download. 
It was made using 1.1.97.  Any problems, please let me know.

Also, if you do use the package, please drop me a line telling me on
what platform.  The package will need some serious work in the not too
distant future with all the atomic code being put in place, so it would
be good to know what platforms are being used, and what's not so the
coding/testing process can be planned accordingly.
