No, that's not really any help.

For us to try and help you at all we would have to know:

  (a) DGD version
  (b) the [mud]lib they are using and
  (c) the configuration they are using.

And even then it might be tricky to try and make some sense of it.

Running DGD in a debugger and providing a 'trace' might be helpful as
well.
