Actually I created a kfun which returns object's inherit list, which I guess 
you wont to do, it works with 1.2.* series of DGD.
I can send you the patch, but I need to know which version you are using.

 There is also a object_info package for 1.1.* series by  Greg Lewis which 
make pretty much the same thing...url is

btw is there going to be dgd 1.2p1 release soon ?
1.2 typos in kfunc interface keeps me from 'realeasing' my little kfun !!!
