[DGD] basic Kernel mudlib

Hi all,

In addition to Shevek's starting point with the kernel lib, I seem to 
remember that Erwin did that, too. I got it out of the mailing list archives 
as uuencoded text. I think the word "nino" would be a good search word to 
find it.
