[DGD] windows dgd

Well if I made some tweaks and got rid of the errors I said before ... but now when i get to linking I get these errors.

comm.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _sch_env
config.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _sch_env
dgd.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _sch_env

and many many more of the same.

I thought it had to do with making a windows app instead of console, but that didn't seem to change anything.
