[DGD] Warning about the 1.2.49 kernel lib changes

I made a change in the 1.2.49 kernel lib (kernel version 1.2.15) which
alters callout argument handling.  Unfortunately, I overlooked the
fact that this is not backward compatible, and will break all callouts
pending at the time.

The change itself is not essential, so I will probably undo these changes
in the next release.
