[DGD] tarfile of 1.2.50 on ftp site

I've replaced the tarfile of version 1.2.47 with a new one of 1.2.50
on the ftp site.  1.2.50 has shown itself to be pretty stable, with
no bugs reported during the last two months.

1.2.50 is the new "semi-stable" point in the experimental development
line, and I recommend that everyone using an experimental version
upgrade to it.
