  Just so that I've mentioned -- if you do this, and put the LPC chunk to 
emulate telnet into the public domain, there is a *lot* I could do with 
this :-)  So be advised that if you do it this way and the license works, 
Phantasmal will absolutely use/steal (with credit to you of course) your 
implementation of an LPC telnet port.
  Or you could use some other license (or specifically ask me not to) and 
I wouldn't :-)
