[DGD] Work in progress

Hello,

I've put the DGD FAQ in a new format (giving DocBook a try) and have
gone over the text to find and update as many bits as I could, while
adding some new entries about ASN and encryption.

What I would like people to comment on in particular, is:

- Dead links?
- MSVC compilation?
- Other pages with DGD LPC or just DGD in general.
- DGD topics that aren't covered?

Of course, suggestions and general ideas for improvements are welcome.
In a few days when I've processed your input, I'll put this in place
of the current (dusty) FAQ. :)
