[DGD] HTML Documentation

All~

So I totally stole the idea of online documentation, modified it about
as much as some "totally original" muds get modified, and submit to you
now this zipped file containing DGD's (v1.2p2) standard documentation in
HTML format.  I designed it roughly after the Java SDK API Reference,
because I like it.  Just unpack it in your /dgd1.2p2/doc directory.
