[DGD] Hooks

What hooks does the driver look for?  I know that the kernel looks for
several which are listed in the hooks document, but I'm planning on
re-writing even the kernel so I would like to know which of those functions
are actually expected by the driver.  I know that the driver object and the
auto object are the only required objects.  What functions MUST each of
these objects define?
