[DGD] Call_out question

  After a lot of cutting stuff down, I realized that it's apparently my 
problem.  I'm not sure why yet, but I know that if I keep the two objects 
that also register call_outs from being cloned, this works fine.  So it's 
probably some screwup of my own, I just haven't fully tracked it down yet.
