I have unsubscribed the 40 or so people who had the 'nomail' option
turned on.  The mailing list software turns this on automatically if
some significant number of emails could not be delivered, which
usually means that the email address is no longer valid.  There
currently are 158 subscribers left.  These 40 odd non-readers had
accumulated over the past 4 years.

If you had turned this option on yourself, so that you could mail
from one address and receive on another, you should re-subscribe
your mailing address.
