Ok, the following might be a bit negative, but its my general experience
with dealing with groups of people..

People want to keep using what they have, Noah is very correct in that.
Give them small changes at a rate they can manage, fine. GIve them
something entirely new where they have to learn before being able to do
anything? forget it for as far as most people are concerned.

This is also the best explanation for the existance of things like mudos
and lpmud 'emulations' and similar on DGD. Yes, a small group can deal
with such changes, but the majority of people might technically be able
to, but is definitely not willing to, even when it gets them something
better.
