[DGD] Kernel Lib directory restructured

I have the kernel lib running now under:
$ ls
command/  doc/   include/  log/     system/
data/     home/  inherit/  object/  world/

If I got it up for download somewhere, mebbe up on Noah's sourceforge site?
(If he's willing, or someone else; Can't host it on our shell unforunately).
I was wondering if people would try and break it :)
As far as I can tell its working fine, resources are being allocated &
updated, I haven't gotten what we're keeping of Melville into it yet. 
But thought some playtest other than myself might prove beneficial.
(The command bin is as yet empty, as I said, haven't broken up user.c yet)

If theres any interest, if not, ah well didn't hurt to ask ...
