[DGD] Network Package download Site

Recently, noname.franken.de has some problems being reachable via the
internet due to me not having internet access. I put it on
ftp.franken.de/pub/people/noname for download, but unfortunatly, it's
still the old version. 

After I finished my diploma thesis, I'll have a look at outstanding
problems, new features (basically the same things that Felix has added
to the vanilla DGD) and release them. I hope to have that done by end of
May.
