[DGD] Phantasmal Bundled Question

  Initially, log in as 'admin'.  This user starts with those
privileges.  Further information can be found in the README, the
INSTALL file, and the various Tutorials.  What you specifically want is
in the file "INSTALL", distributed with the MUD, in the section called
"Making New Accounts".
