[DGD] DGD Commercial Licensing?

I sent an e-mail to the dgd.licensing at dworkin.nl address (as instructed 
in the tarball) about 3 weeks ago and haven't heard anything back yet.

Does anyone know what commercial licensing options are available for the 
DGD game engine?

More specifically, I'm curious how much money it costs (initial cost, 
annual, maintenance, per seat, per server, per processor, per game, and 
so on, whatever's applicable), and what the time periods for the license 
are (lifetime, annual, etc).

Also, if there are any RESTRICTIONS on the commercial license (like 
re-branding, etc), that might help.
