Not all, not all, although since I am not in IT, nor anywhere
in the commercial sector, I too am unimpressed by claims about
how many customers one has  :)

Speaking on behalf of the non-professional minority (of which
I may be the last remaining member?) can I ask what the
Dragon's Dinner problem is?
