[DGD] mailing list moved

As of today, the DGD mailing list has moved to a new host.  The email
address is

    dgd at dworkin.nl

and the web page is

    http://mail.dworkin.nl/mailman/listinfo/dgd

I've subscribed everyone who was a member of the old mailing list.
Old passwords and personal settings are gone, please visit the web
page for any changes you want to make.  The list archives at the ftp
site have been brought up to date:

    ftp://ftp.dworkin.nl/pub/dgd/list-archive/

Note that the current archives (2005) on the web site don't work yet,
but that should be solved within the next few days.


I would like to thank George Reese for hosting the mailing list for
more than 7 years at imaginary.com.
