Same issue here. You can effectively patch the driver to 1.2.106
without any problems.
The problem lies with how clones are tracked by issue, which I don't
think the Phantasmal MUDlib ObjectD handles yet. Or I could be
completely wrong. But extensive testing here shows that the changes
made in the kernel in 1.2.107 result in login problems for Phantasmal
0.016.
