[DGD] Gotcha

In the race against spam I've upped the bar a notch for the DGD TWiki at

     http://dgd.is-here.com/twiki/

by adding a "Captcha" to the registration page.

Hopefully this will put an end to the registrations by (obvious) bots of 
which I've had the pleasure of cleaning up over 70 in the past two months.
