[DGD] Problems applying patches

Hi,
Thanks for your help with the Ipv6 issue.
Currently, I'm trying to upgrade to dgd 1.2.110, as Phantasmal doesn't 
seem to work with the version I have.
However, in attempting to apply the patches from that version upwards in 
sequence, I get a number of odd errors.
The patch files don't seem to find everything they are supposed to patch, 
and I find myself having to manually specify many of them.
Also, certain  patches seem to fail for no easily decernable reason, 
despite the fact I have made no modifications to the source tree.
I would appreciate any advice on the proper method to apply patches.
