With regard to commercial enterprises that operate under a "donation
accepting guise", I think that one bad apple shouldn't be ruining the
whole bunch. Public muds do Dworkin a big favor by "test running" his
code.

Copyright issues, if any, wouldn't be the only thing making such a sham illegal.
If you're running a commercial enterprise in disguise, you are
committing fraud, and can be prosecuted for it even if you AREN'T
breaking any copyrights.
