[DGD] My first release

Ok, thanks to subversion I've managed to keep my files organized and
intact long enough to actually make a release:

Warning:
There are companion utilities, one in particular that helps find lost
clones, that will NOT work unless you have Unix, and in particular
awk.  Run this mudlib on windows at your own risk.

Heavy inspiration was drawn both from Phantasmal and what I read of Skotos docs.

This is alpha work, so please forgive the lack of documentation.

You should also do a security audit before doing much serious stuff.
In particular, commands in ~Game/sys/bin/wiz are for wizard use only,
and I haven't yet got around to securing them from non-wizards.  This
will be fixed as soon as I settle on a way to define "privileged
user".
