[DGD] Callout hack

It's rather a bit of a hack solution... but couldn't you just create a
function that accepts 2 time parameters, the first in seconds and the second
in millisecond... then use a seconds callout to call the milliseconds
callout? That's give you very long callouts with millisecond accuracy right?
