[DGD] hardware issues

I will implement it as soon as I reinstall my system, and get floppies
(or cdroms).  Surprisingly, my current computer is of sufficient
vintage that it doesn't have a USB port.  I plan to acquire a USB
controller card when I can afford one.  Such will be required for me
to email myself, as I lack an internet connection, let alone the
devices required to utilize it.
