[DGD] Release, and alpha testing

I've made my next version of kotaka.

account on their webserver, so Kotaka is now open for alpha testing at
the following URL

Please make liberal (but not excessive) use of the bug, nohelp, idea,
and typo commands as appropriate.

Suggestions for good ambience are also welcome.
