[DGD] Problem installing Phantasmal on windows with DGD 1.2p4 and DGD 1.2p7

I think the trick for not having DGD to close immediately under
Windows like you describe is to first just start DGD and then manually
load the config file from there. Can be useful to know next time your
lib fails to initialize.
