[DGD] A new Phantasmal Issue

  This looks like what happens if a non-bundled Phantasmal version isn't
properly installed.  Are you sure you've followed the extensive instructions in
the INSTALL file correctly, or are you just trying to run a non-bundled
Phantasmal without proper installation?
