[DGD] A new Phantasmal Issue

Well, this is the non-bundled Phantasmal, but I did follow the INSTALL
instructions.  At least, I tried to.

I'm going to delete the Phantasmal directory and unpack and try following
them again.  Maybe that'll do it.  I'll let you know what happens.
