[DGD] Question on running Phantasmal

With the somewhat relative frequency of this exact problem, one would
think that DGD should *default* to IPv4, and have IPv6 be an opt-in,
not opt-out, policy...either that or gracefully degrade.

My two cents, as always hoping one's an indian head.
