[DGD] Phantasmal takeover stuff

  SourceForge has done fine, speed-wise, for site hosting and SVN for me.  I
honestly don't care about much else.  Users have to briefly get into
SourceForge proper to download Phantasmal if they want it bundled, but other
than that, SF's basically invisible.
