[DGD] reassigning objects of an ex admin

Hello,

Here is an organizational solution, which I do not claim is original. Code
in user directories (starting with a lowercase letter, e.g. ~elemel) is
owned by that user, while code in domain directories (starting with an
uppercase letter, e.g. ~Game) is owned by the mud. Only domain code is
included in the main mud. Users are granted access to the domains that they
are currently developing or maintaining. Perhaps one could have a license
for the mud that regulates these rights?
