[DGD] Test server down

Well it didn't take long :P

I did a shutdown so that I could change connection ports, and sure
enough it choked on a reboot.

Btw, if anyone on the list would rather not receive these "broadcast"
notices of phantasmal test servesr, just let me know and I'll find an
alternative means.

I may even consider an sf mailing list or something...once I figure it out.

But anyway, yay.  My first bug report :).
