[DGD] callout bug

I have tested out the patch with changes made to callout behavior. Everything works as expected when i use a millisecond resolution with larger callouts. Something strange happens when i dont add a '.0' at the end of the time parameter(when that time is long)..no callout gets called at all. Ive double tested this by replacing contents of the to-be called function with an error().
For myself, i just used millisecond rez and things are running proper.
Secondly: Is there a better way to file bug reports? The readme I have with my dgd package says to mail to 'felix at dworkin.nl'. I get delivery failed notifications when i try to.
Thanks
ps Re: Map Maker - a quick note about project development
a detailed written report is about 2 weeks away, and a base set of code for community development should be available in about 3-6 weeks. All this is factoring the amount of work which needs to be done on Windfall R2 to have it up to speed to support these features.
Before than (2-3 weeksish), a release of Virtual Room code for DGD will come along - the idea being to use the Vroom functions to support the upcoming Map Maker (while serving their purpose as a standalone virtual room library) + provide a glimpse of some of the technologies being expanded upon to make Map Maker.
Just a note to anyone curious.
